Over the last 5 years, I have held several roles at A Village for One including clinical, management, and most recently administrative. What keeps me in this field is how much I enjoy working alongside our team at AV41 and getting to know the youth we serve. I am proud of the flexibility, personalization, and dedication that our team provides every day and I am proud of the resiliency, growth, and persistence our youth show every day. As the Program Services Manager, I am responsible for assisting our team with a multitude of tasks that are required for efficient and effective operation from hiring and training new employees to tracking data outcomes for the services we provide. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring the beautiful state we live in, traveling to different places, and learning something new along the way. |
